About the position

As a Sales Associate at Oakley, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales performance. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a positive store environment. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers and ensuring that the store is well-organized and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through attention to detail and offering solutions that lead to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers, management, and support staff.
• Maintain the appearance of the store by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Secure all company assets under one's control and take pride in the store's presentation.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
• Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
