Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials, and after-dinner drinks.

• Must be 21 years old and able to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

• Serve and know the types of classes and brand names of the products offered.
• Familiarize with substitute items to offer guests when an ordered item is unavailable.
• Understand and know all drink recipes, including preparation and garnishment.
• Operate all soda, juice, and liquor guns effectively.
• Handle company funds through cash transactions on the P.O.S. System in accordance with company policies.
