About the position
Effingham Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join their community-based practice in Effingham, Illinois. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance clinical skills, particularly in urogynecology, while operating at the top of the medical license with access to mentorship and professional growth opportunities. The practice is committed to serving a patient community with limited access to care, providing a supportive environment for both physicians and patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients.
- Participate in weekend call rotation (1:5+).
- Engage in mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
- Utilize surgical robotics and other advanced medical technologies in practice.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN.
- Strong commitment to patient care and community service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in urogynecology is a plus.
- Interest in mentorship and teaching.
