About the position

Aurora Gonzalez MD P.A. is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN to join our well-respected and established group in Houston, TX. This position offers the opportunity to serve a diverse patient population in both Houston and Pearland, with a focus on providing high-quality care in state-of-the-art facilities located in the Texas Medical Center and at the Pearland Memorial Hermann Hospital Complex. Our practice is associated with a level 4 NICU hospital in Houston, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients and their families. The ideal candidate will be trained in DaVinci Robotics and specialize in minimally invasive surgery, allowing for advanced treatment options for our patients. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment, with a great working relationship among our all-female practice. The position includes a 1:5 call schedule from home, providing a balanced work-life dynamic. In addition to an excellent salary, we offer a generous productivity bonus and a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for the right candidate. Most Friday afternoons are off, allowing for personal time and flexibility. Our office is equipped with an in-office laboratory, NSTs, hysteroscopy, Leep, urodynamic testing, and laser treatments, providing comprehensive services to our patients. Located conveniently across the street from Memorial Hermann TMC hospital and steps away from Hermann Park and the Houston Zoo, our practice offers a great working environment for both professional and personal enjoyment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients.
  • Perform minimally invasive surgeries using DaVinci Robotics.
  • Manage patient care in collaboration with a supportive team of physicians.
  • Participate in a 1:5 call schedule from home.
  • Conduct in-office procedures including hysteroscopy, Leep, and urodynamic testing.
  • Oversee the in-office laboratory and NSTs.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment among staff and physicians.

Requirements

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Experience with DaVinci Robotics and minimally invasive surgery techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
