About the position
This is a full-time, permanent OB/GYN position located in Munster, IN, just 25 minutes from downtown Chicago. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in both office and hospital settings within a well-established healthcare system that is experiencing significant growth. The position emphasizes mentorship and support from a collegial group of physicians, allowing for the development of personal practice goals and skills, including robotic surgery.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Participate in a call rotation of 1 in 6.
- Utilize an EMR system in both inpatient and outpatient settings, specifically EPIC, which is fully integrated and at HIMSS Stage VII.
- Engage in mentorship and collaboration with a collegial group of physicians.
- Design practice around personal goals and subspecialty interests.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
- Robotic surgery skills required.
- Ability to work in a full-time, permanent position with a unique work structure.
