About the position
Susquehanna Obstetrics, Gynecology and Nurse Midwifery is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join their team of physicians and midwives. The role focuses on providing comprehensive care for women throughout their lives, from contraception to post-menopausal care. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, embrace new medical technologies, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality OB/GYN care.
- Maintain a flexible call schedule with support from the midwife group.
- Prevent, diagnose, and treat OB/GYN problems.
- Direct, advise, and supervise medical staff including nurses, APPs, and medical assistants on proper procedures and protocols.
- Support enhancements of technology to drive higher quality and consumer experience while maintaining clinical quality.
Requirements
- BC/BE OB/GYN
- Excellent communication skills and bedside manner.
- Open to new graduates or experienced OB/GYN physicians.
- Active Medical License in the State of Maryland preferred.
