As part of the Adventist Health Central Valley Network, Adventist Health Reedley is a 49-bed acute-care hospital that provides emergency services, laboratory and medical imaging services, and a Birthing Center with all private rooms designed for a family-centered environment. The women's health clinic is strategically located next to the Birth Center, ensuring quick access to hospital services. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible, hold a California medical license or be eligible for one, and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards. This position operates under an employed model through Adventist Health Medical Group (AHMG), which is committed to the safety and well-being of its associates and patients. Therefore, all associates are required to receive all necessary vaccinations, including measles, mumps, flu (seasonally), and COVID-19, as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions available.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive women's health care services including prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
  • Collaborate with a team of OBGYNs and Nurse Practitioners to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in the clinic's call coverage as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Engage in continuing medical education to stay current with best practices in women's health.
  • Adhere to hospital medical staff credentialing standards and organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN).
  • California medical license or eligibility for licensure in California.
  • Ability to meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients.
