About the position

Guthrie Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join an expanding practice in Sayre, Pennsylvania. This role involves a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, working collaboratively with certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioners. The position offers a supportive environment with access to specialists and advanced surgical technology, including a DaVinci robot.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients.
• Collaborate with a team of certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioners.
• Manage both inpatient and outpatient cases effectively.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, including the DaVinci robot, in procedures.
• Participate in physician mentoring and leadership training opportunities.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient care settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Fellowship training in a subspecialty of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Experience with robotic surgery.
