Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
• Create and manage your own flexible work schedule.
• Utilize technological devices and systems for documentation and communication.
• Participate in comprehensive training and shadowing opportunities.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current therapist license issued by The State of IL.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Proficient in technological devices/systems such as tablets, e-mail, text messaging, and electronic documentation.
• Reliable transportation.
