Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop a treatment plan that meets their needs.
- Choose activities that help residents carry out their daily routines independently.
- Observe and assess residents as they perform assigned tasks.
- Prepare detailed progress reports on residents' rehabilitation.
- Assist in rehabilitating residents disabled due to injury, illness, or other challenges.
- Maintain resident confidence by ensuring the confidentiality of information.
Requirements
- Must have a valid State OT License.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current State OT License is required.
- Experience is a plus.
