As an Occupational Therapist PRN at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients who face physical, emotional, cognitive, and psychosocial limitations that affect their ability to perform daily activities. You will oversee the work of certified occupational therapy assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides, ensuring compliance with established regulations and practice standards. Additionally, you will be expected to meet productivity standards set by the department and participate in departmental meetings and educational opportunities to enhance your professional development. This position requires flexibility, as you will need to adjust your working hours based on patient census and may assist in other centers or programs as needed.
