We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a travel contract position in home health settings. This role involves helping patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to develop, recover, and improve the skills necessary for everyday life. The position offers 13-week assignments in various locations, providing an opportunity to explore different environments while making a significant impact on patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in home health settings.
• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living skills.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• Up-to-date state and contract-required competency tests and credentials.
• Current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.
