About the position

Our team is growing, and we're looking for top-caliber Occupational Therapists to join us in Scottsdale, AZ and surrounding locations in Arizona. At FOX Rehabilitation, we are pioneers of Geriatric House Calls™, providing occupational therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Our therapists facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions, allowing them the flexibility to create, control, and alter their treatment schedules. This role is part of an interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services in a 1:1 setting.
  • Drive rewarding patient outcomes through effective therapy interventions.
  • Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
  • Create, control, and alter treatment schedules based on patient needs.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes.

Requirements

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
  • Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Basic computer literacy skills.
  • Current CPR certification.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in geriatric care.
  • Familiarity with home health care settings.
