Powerback Rehabilitation is redefining the way recovery, rehabilitation, respiratory, and wellness services are delivered to patients across the nation. Our approach is centered on empowering individuals to achieve their full potential through integrated and individualized solutions. The Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting, catering specifically to the older adult population. This may involve working in a patient's private residence or in their room within an independent living facility. By allowing the Occupational Therapy Assistant to treat patients in their most functional environment, we aim to enhance the patient experience and facilitate a smoother road to recovery. In this role, the Occupational Therapy Assistant will implement occupational therapy programs and provide treatments designed to increase patient independence and functioning, all under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The position offers a flexible schedule and a dynamic work environment, allowing the COTA to adapt to various settings and patient needs. The focus is on delivering patient-centered care that not only helps individuals feel better but also enables them to move, breathe, and live better. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of service in a compassionate atmosphere that respects their individual needs and rights.
