About the position

Powerback Rehabilitation is redefining the way recovery, rehabilitation, respiratory, and wellness services are delivered to patients across the nation. Our approach is centered on empowering individuals to achieve their full potential through integrated and individualized solutions. The Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting, catering specifically to the older adult population. In this role, the Occupational Therapy Assistant will implement occupational therapy programs and provide treatments designed to increase patient independence and functioning, all under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The position offers a flexible schedule and a dynamic work environment, allowing the COTA to adapt to various settings and patient needs.
