The Chief of Staff for OCI AI Infrastructure at Oracle will play a pivotal role in supporting senior management within a fast-growing organization. This position requires a motivated and adaptable individual who can act as a strategist, consultant, and implementer. The successful candidate will ensure that activities within the organization are streamlined according to the priorities set by senior management. This role is crucial for overseeing strategic business initiatives from their development through to successful execution, all while working closely with executives. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for communicating with executives regarding decision-making, program management, and the implementation of various initiatives. Additionally, the individual will review, design, and execute improvements to the organizational structure, identify knowledge and skills gaps, and help address these issues. The role also involves enhancing current processes and coordinating organizational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. In this position, the Chief of Staff will manage the Rhythm of the Business and Roadmap, ensuring that all business management functions are effectively driving the team's operating rhythm. This includes developing an engagement plan for team communications, serving as a liaison between staff and executives, and supporting the leadership team in planning and executing the organizational roadmap. The Chief of Staff will foster a supportive environment that encourages a fail-fast approach to organizational success. The role also encompasses driving operational and HR excellence by partnering closely with the human resources department to identify priorities and drive strategies that meet organizational goals. The Chief of Staff will assist with new hires, documentation, onboarding, and resolving employee concerns. Furthermore, the individual will manage the overall budget, including headcount planning and resource allocation, while providing consultation on headcount and resource planning to maximize the financial success of the organization. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will own critical executive programs and initiatives, manage communications for executive sponsorships, events, and customer engagements, and serve as a subject matter expert for the organization. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information, along with strong project reporting skills and a focus on interdepartmental communication.
