There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
As an OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) for IAP Worldwide Services, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of personnel in sensitive areas. This position requires you to escort un-cleared personnel into designated work zones and monitor their activities while they perform their duties. You will be responsible for logging in and out all Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) contractors, ensuring that all personnel and vehicles are accounted for before and after their work shifts. Your duties will include notifying the appropriate personnel regarding the number of individuals and vehicles being escorted, as well as maintaining a vigilant watch over all activities to prevent any breaches of security protocols. In this role, you will interact directly with LN/OCN personnel at the entry facility, providing them with necessary briefings on rules and procedures after they have been processed and received their exchange badges. Your responsibilities will extend to escorting these personnel until their daily tasks are completed, ensuring that the work zone is cleared by trained Force Protection military personnel, and confirming that all LN/OCNs have exited the base or returned to their camps. You will also be tasked with ensuring that no prohibited items, such as weapons or drugs, are brought onto the base, and you will maintain constant visual contact with all vehicles and personnel during escort duties. Safety is paramount in this position; you will be responsible for the welfare of both yourself and the escorted personnel, which may include evacuating to protective shelters in the event of an attack. You will need to promptly notify the Project/Site Manager and Safety staff of any unsafe working conditions and ensure that proper housekeeping practices are followed. Maintaining an alert state of readiness is essential, as you will need to respond appropriately to any situations that arise, including alerting the relevant personnel to any suspicious behaviors or comments from LN/OCNs. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary, requiring flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
