About the position

Boats Group offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within the recreational marine industry as we expand our OEM team. As Director of OEM Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and building lasting partnerships that empower our clients to reach new heights. You will take full ownership of driving revenue growth focused on enterprise-level partnerships with OEMs. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with a focus on consulting senior and C-level executives on Boats Group's value in driving brand visibility, market expansion, and delivering critical data insights. You'll be working to accelerate OEM sales growth and play an integral role in cementing our role as a trusted partner within the industry. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a package-driven sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets within the OEM market.
  • Aggressively expand the customer base and drive revenue through both new and existing partnerships.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior and C-level executives at OEMs, serving as their primary consultant and advocate.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions, deliver compelling product demos, and create business cases tailored to client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with OEM and marine industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive insights to provide clients and internal teams with strategic, data-informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Ad Ops, Data, and Account Management, to ensure a smooth transition post-sale, to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Own your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align revenue goals with overall company objectives, providing key input on business growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B or enterprise SaaS sales with a strong focus on OEMs or high-value accounts; a demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding quotas.
  • Skilled at developing and maintaining high-value relationships with senior executives.
  • Exceptional presentation skills; able to communicate complex solutions to varied audiences and create compelling client proposals.
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Established network within OEM or related sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools (Salesforce preferred).
