About the position

The OEM Key Account Specialist / Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support by processing order requests and managing shipments. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries while maintaining detailed records and communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and accurate communication with distributors, accounts, and sales leadership.
  • Ensure prompt and complete entry of all sales orders, warranties, stock rotations, and return authorizations in SAP.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely shipments and communicate any delays or shortages to accounts.
  • Prepare and send all necessary shipping documents as per account requirements.
  • Maintain account information including price lists, order forms, and contact details.
  • Prepare dealer-specific reports based on requirements and routing guides.
  • Utilize data to analyze sales and follow up on orders and issues.
  • Maintain high levels of communication and quick response times with customers.
  • Perform daily order maintenance including open order reports and customer service tasks.
  • Execute other customer service and distribution-related duties as directed.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business, Communications, or related field desirable; or two years of experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
  • SAP experience desirable.
  • Knowledge of International Shipping Process desirable.
