About the position

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service to both internal partners and external clients. You will respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries, ensuring clear communication that reflects the values of Concord Hospitality. Your role will require excellent time management, self-motivation, and proactive planning, with a strong focus on detail. You will maintain existing accounts while actively developing new business for the hotel. Additionally, you will monitor and manage all aspects of events, including pre-event, event, and post-event details, ensuring all particulars are tracked and communicated effectively. Attendance at customer functions may be required, and you will work with partners to forecast group rooms and F&B revenues, maximizing hotel revenue opportunities. Knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage offerings, function space, and event success factors will be essential. You will consistently meet sales activity and revenue goals, utilizing digital sales systems and understanding the hotel's sales strategies. Participation in internal meetings and collaboration with the team will be key to achieving overall goals. You will also be encouraged to take ownership of your career development and seek training opportunities to enhance your skills and growth.
