About the position

The OEM Territory Sales Manager at Idex Corporation is responsible for planning and achieving growth objectives with assigned OEM customers and target accounts. This role involves understanding customer needs, competitive landscape, and leveraging KZValve's product offerings to drive market share and penetration. The position requires collaboration with various teams to develop strategic plans and ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of customer needs and competitive landscape to achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leader to develop and meet the North American Annual Operation Plan (AOP).
  • Create long-term strategic plans for OEM growth.
  • Implement initiatives to displace competition and increase market share.
  • Provide insights on new product ideas, market trends, and sales growth strategies.
  • Participate in New Product Development and marketing teams as needed.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to meet expectations and deadlines for key accounts.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Act as a communication link between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve customer issues and maintain trust.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the agriculture market.
