Responsibilities

• Handle the defense of administrative charges and agency investigations.
• Manage some litigation matters with minimal shareholder oversight.
• Provide significant support to shareholders in complex litigation matters.
• Offer advice and counsel for clients based on experience and education.
• Conduct investigations related to labor and employment law.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• 7+ years of litigation experience, with at least 4 years in labor and employment litigation.
• Experience practicing in federal court is required.
• Excellent written and analytical skills.
