- Provide significant support to shareholders in complex litigation matters.
- Offer advice and counsel for clients based on experience and education.
- Conduct investigations related to labor and employment law.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
- 7+ years of litigation experience, with at least 4 years in labor and employment litigation.
- Experience practicing in federal court is required.
- Excellent written and analytical skills.
