About the position

The Off Shift Staffing Coordinator position at Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is designed for a bilingual, experienced, and self-motivated individual who will manage the contingent workforce for clients. This role involves building relationships with clients and employees, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and addressing any staffing issues that arise. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively while working independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a partnership with the client through an understanding of the client's business, strategic direction, processes, and policies.
• Retain employees through counseling on attendance, training, and evaluations.
• Problem-solve issues that may arise in staffing.
• Communicate and follow up with production supervisors and managers on Peak-related matters.
• Update live spreadsheets and forms.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirements.
• Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain a relationship with the growing Hispanic employee community.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a staffing/HR role is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload.
• Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated.
• People-oriented.
• Functioning knowledge of MS Word, Excel, & Office 365 applications.
• Bilingual: able to read and write in both English and Spanish.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in staffing, manufacturing, or light industrial skill sets is a strong plus.
