Responsibilities

• Perform first response service for all building and utilities trades equipment and systems.
• Assess situations and execute repairs or contact appropriate personnel for licensed repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance for all building trades.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training in HVAC/plumbing and electrical trades.
• Three years of trades experience required.
• Ability to make independent judgments in assessing and planning work.
• Experience using computers and mobile technology required.
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one, and driver's check required.
