About the position
The Off Site Facility Coordinator at Aerodyne Industries is responsible for ensuring that assigned equipment is operational and that the physical workspace is safe, clean, and functional. This part-time role involves managing work order requests, acting as a liaison between employees and contractors, and maintaining inventory supplies.
Responsibilities
- Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
- Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
- Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
- Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
- Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least two years of related experience required.
