About the position

The Offensive Coordinator & Quarterbacks Coach at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor is responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of the football program. This role involves significant administrative duties, including recruiting, travel management, resource allocation, and media communications, while also ensuring alignment with the university's mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the football program.
  • Performs all related administrative duties as assigned, including recruiting, travel, resource management, and media communications.

Requirements

  • Must be an active and committed Christian who supports the University's mission and participates in their local church.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years' experience coaching football at the high school or college level is required.
  • Proficiency in NCAA and ASC rules and regulations is required.
  • Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications is required.
  • Proficiency in general office equipment operation is required.
  • Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
  • Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and be insurable by UMHB auto insurance carrier.
  • Must agree to the University's Employee Statement of Understanding.
