Our mission is to bring together experts in strategy, architecture, cybersecurity, next-gen ERP, and more to drive comprehensive transformation. We are committed to unlocking potential at speed and with lasting impact on companies, organizations, and society. Within this framework, our Cyber & Digital Risk offer integrates tech experts from BCG Core and the Platinion Cyber Chapter, delivering seamless multidisciplinary solutions to our clients. As an Offer Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating various offer and chapter management activities for Cyber & Digital Risk across BCG and Platinion Cyber. Your responsibilities will include developing the Offer Strategy and Plan, which involves driving the yearly planning exercise around Cyber offerings. You will articulate client needs and pain points, analyze how these are evolving, and ensure our offerings effectively respond to these needs while differentiating us from competitors. Additionally, you will support the development of a clear architecture for the Cyber & Digital Risk offer and facilitate connections with other BCG offerings. You will also be responsible for Offer/Chapter Governance, assisting the leadership team in establishing the right governance structure and cadence, and preparing for regular meetings. Collaborating with various BCG industry teams, you will create go-to-market plans tailored to specific industries, including customized content and priority clients. Your role will extend to Offer Development, Prioritization, and Backlog Management, where you will help align priorities based on the strategic plan and manage the backlog of activities. In terms of Marketing and Communication, you will work with the leadership and marketing teams to develop product narratives, branding, and communication plans, contributing to their execution. You will also play a key role in Learning & Development, helping to build necessary internal capabilities and supporting training initiatives. Furthermore, you will engage in strategic analysis and reporting, establishing relevant KPIs to track business progress, including revenue and billability. Community building will be another essential aspect of your role, as you will foster connections on both global and regional levels, collaborating with the TDA Practice and Cyber Chapter, as well as Product Management colleagues to share best practices across the community.
