About the position

The Offer Management Intern position at Schneider Electric is a summer internship opportunity for 2025, aimed at supporting the Process Automation Line of Business. The intern will assist the Offer Management team in executing strategic plans and objectives for the PA portfolio, focusing on market needs and safety solutions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate unmet market needs and opportunities to define and develop strategic needs including new products and solutions related to PA's safety offers.
• Drive planning, designing, and positioning of safety solutions by defining vision, strategies, and tactics to enhance competitive position and business growth.
• Collaborate with other offer managers to ensure successful execution and growth of the safety business.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of college experience in engineering or business majors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Adobe Software, including Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience in designing, producing, and refining visual/audio-visual assets within brand guidelines.
• Aptitude for translating technical information into visual and creative communication.
• Experience in social media content elaboration.
• Willingness and proactivity to learn and collaborate in building a B2B customer-centric content strategy.
• Local to Foxborough MA, Boston, MA, or Houston, Texas.
