About the position

As NCR' Atleos' product/offer manager for software distribution and security services, you will be responsible for the service portfolio for our Managed Services portfolio. You will define the product portfolio roadmap, requirements, and work closely with software product managers and platform engineering teams to drive sprint planning, story prioritization, and manage the product portfolio backlog. You will be accountable for defining and launching new software and security services that can deliver best-in-class proactive threat hunting and reactive incident response based on your industry experience. Additionally, you will develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture, securing internal and external stakeholder buy-in. You will manage product enhancements through the development lifecycle working within waterfall and agile frameworks to optimize time-to-market, track and drive financial performance of the product portfolio, and ensure that your product line remains best of breed in a highly competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of services covering software distribution and security services for the financial industry and expand to retail and hospitality industries.
  • Create business cases for product investments and secure internal and external stakeholder buy-in.
  • Manage the products through the development lifecycle working with an agile engineering team to deliver rapid time-to-market.
  • Perform periodic technology assessments to validate the technology direction of your product line and recommend investment prioritization.
  • Analyze Build/Buy/Partner models to launch new service offers and manage vendor and partner relationships.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of leading software distribution, software management or related solutions in a product management capacity.
  • Proven track-record in managing a successful service product portfolio.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience with software distribution tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and IT services management processes and best practices.
  • Develops best in class enterprise-wide security programs and manages those programs on a continual basis, including effectiveness auditing, metrics gathering and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communicator and presenter across technical, business and C-level audiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Endpoint Security, Cybersecurity Risk Assessment, Cloud Security, System Security, Network Security, Secure Application Architecture and Development Cycle (SDLC), Penetration Testing, Application Security, PCI DSS, Development and Delivery of Information Security Training, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Security Vendors Products Portfolio.
  • Preferable to have ATM, IoT devices or relevant Endpoint experience.
