About the position

The Office 365 Administrator will provide comprehensive support for Microsoft 365 services, ensuring efficient user onboarding and maintenance. This role involves troubleshooting client-side issues, collaborating with IT teams, and delivering user training to enhance the overall user experience with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to end-users for Microsoft 365 services, such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Address and troubleshoot client-side issues related to Microsoft 365, handling escalations and resolving tickets efficiently.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior administrators and relevant IT staff as needed.
  • Perform bulk activations, user setup, and license assignments within the Microsoft 365 admin center.
  • Collaborate with senior administrators and IT team members to implement best practices and improve support processes.
  • Develop and deliver user training on Microsoft 365 features and create documentation for end-users.
  • Actively monitor and report on system performance and security, identifying potential issues proactively.

Requirements

  • Well versed in Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with end-user support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience with endpoint management using various MDM services (Workspace One, Intune).
  • Familiarity with Exchange Online.
  • Ability to follow structured migration and onboarding processes.
  • Strong communication skills for providing effective user training and support.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) - 3 years required.
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office suite and account creation in AD and Entra ID - 3 years required.
  • Experience with Azure AD Connect - 3 years required.
  • Experience managing Exchange and Active Directory permissions for user mailboxes - 3 years required.
  • Extensive experience supporting MS Office suite 2010, 2013, and 2016 as well as Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 - 3 years required.
  • Troubleshooting Outlook client connectivity issues - 3 years required.
  • Troubleshooting email delivery and routing issues - 3 years required.
  • Expert-level customer service and client-facing expertise with Office 365 - 3 years required.
  • Experience supporting and training end users on Outlook 2010, 2013, and 2016 - 3 years required.
  • Expert knowledge in Outlook 2013, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, and O365 online services - 3 years required.
  • Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
