Starr Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a Commercial HVAC Office Admin Assistant to support the office manager with daily functions, including permitting, service billing, and project coordination.   • Data entry of vendor invoices, bills, pay requests, etc.
  • Answer phones and assist with assembling documents required for permitting.
  • Submit and track mechanical permits.
  • Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable as needed.
  • Multi-task and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Eager to learn and possess a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Prior permitting experience is a plus.
