About the position

nGROUP is seeking dedicated Warehouse Laborers to join our team in Kannapolis, North Carolina. As a vital part of our operations, you will assist in various warehouse tasks to ensure efficient processing and distribution of our products.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Organize and store products in designated areas.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals, company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
