About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and Bi-lingual Office Administrator to join our team at a large-sized family farm. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing support to staff, and managing various administrative tasks. The position is flexible, making it ideal for someone needing family flexibility while complementing our current administrative efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Oversee daily office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
  • Handle office management responsibilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
  • Coordinate schedule management for staff, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency within the office.
  • Assist in team management by fostering a collaborative work environment and addressing any personnel issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supervising office staff or managing front desk operations is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Experience in training development and team management will be beneficial for this role.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service for at least 1 year is preferred.
