About the position

The Office Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support for a growing Real Estate Management Company, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the office.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the door and greet visitors at the Main Office, directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Answer incoming calls from tenants, clients, and vendors.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, as well as handle outgoing mail/packages.
  • Initiate calls to potential tenants and existing tenants regarding arrears and maintenance issues.
  • Order and coordinate office supplies.
  • Scan and file documents as needed.
  • Perform additional clerical duties as instructed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook-Calendar.
  • Experience with Yardi preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects with limited direction.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bi-lingual preferred.
