The employee will also keep track of the vehicle fleet, documenting maintenance records and repair requests, which is vital for operational efficiency and safety. The position requires drafting correspondence as needed, which may include communication with internal staff, vendors, and community members. Archiving district files and assisting with scheduling interviews and training for newer support staff are also key responsibilities. The employee will be expected to schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service to various stakeholders, including the Unit Supervisor, Region Staff, vendors, and community members seeking assistance or guidance.
