About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all tasks. The Office Administrator will coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, manage office supplies inventory, and handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as needed. Additionally, the administrator will assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. The role also involves overseeing the office budget and expenses, assisting in training development for new employees, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment. The successful candidate will have proven experience in office management or administration, with a strong knowledge of administrative procedures and systems. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively is crucial, along with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of medical office management is a plus, but not required.
