About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office and will involve a blend of administrative tasks, accounting, and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents for meetings, ensuring all materials are ready in advance.
  • Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills and improve office efficiency.
  • Oversee general office management tasks, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to the CEO's office and company operations.
  • Collaborate with others to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.
  • Strong skills in schedule management, calendar management, and office management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Accounting experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
