About the position

Woongjin, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator who is bilingual in Korean and English to join our rapidly growing team in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by addressing employee queries related to office management issues, scheduling meetings and appointments, and maintaining office supplies and company assets. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up and distributing incoming mail and materials to the appropriate teams, greeting visitors and vendors, and directing them to the right department. You will also manage the company's resources, including electronic devices, and assist in researching and planning for internal and external company events. This includes sending out announcements and compiling research data to support event planning. The Office Administrator will also be expected to perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the office operations. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and excellent social and communication skills, both oral and written. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and being bilingual in English and Korean is preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse team and clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Address employee queries regarding office management issues.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and company assets, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Pick up and distribute incoming mails and other materials to the appropriate team.
  • Greet visitors and vendors, directing them to the right department.
  • Manage the company's resources, including electronic devices.
  • Research and plan for company internal/external events, sending out announcements and compiling research data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field.
  • 2 years of administrative and clerical experience.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Basic accounting skills.
  • Great social and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Clerical/administrative customer and personnel service experience.
  • Computer efficiency (MS Office skills).
  • Bilingual (English, Korean) preferred.
