About the position

We are looking to hire a talented Office Administrator to join our team at Consolidated Property Management. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who are serious about their next career move and are eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of our office. This includes reconciling bank accounts, collecting rent, paying invoices, and analyzing operating statements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing the annual budget and regularly reporting on financial performance, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. In addition to financial management, the Office Administrator will address tenant complaints, violations, and problems, acting as a liaison between the management and tenants. This role requires exceptional organizational skills to prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files efficiently. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants is also a key aspect of this position, as it fosters a positive living environment and enhances tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in both English and either Mandarin or Cantonese, as bilingualism is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile bank account

Requirements

  • Administrative experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
