We are looking to hire a talented Office Administrator to join our team at Consolidated Property Management. This includes reconciling bank accounts, collecting rent, paying invoices, and analyzing operating statements. In addition to financial management, the Office Administrator will address tenant complaints, violations, and problems, acting as a liaison between the management and tenants. This role requires exceptional organizational skills to prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files efficiently. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants is also a key aspect of this position, as it fosters a positive living environment and enhances tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in both English and either Mandarin or Cantonese, as bilingualism is preferred for this role.
