The Office Administrator position at Unlock The PPO is a part-time role focused on providing administrative support within a dental consulting company. Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls.
  • Sending, receiving, and managing contracts for incoming new clients.
  • Report/data gathering from new clients.
  • Providing basic support to the team, including answering initial client questions and managing emails.
  • Scheduling meetings in Outlook and following up as needed.
  • Working closely with the consulting team to ensure a smooth experience for clients.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to integrate into an experienced, productive, professional, and friendly team.
  • Willingness to learn Asana as a CRM for managing workflow.
  • Focus on providing gold star service to clients.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a dental environment.
  • Background in dental office management.
