The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing various administrative tasks and providing essential support to staff. The role involves assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations, coordinating with IT support for technical issues, and performing data entry to maintain databases. Additionally, the Office Administrator will support the HR department with onboarding new employees and managing personnel records, all while handling confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate with IT support to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
