About the position

The Office Administrator/Desk Reception role at Schechter Wealth serves as the first point of contact for guests and callers, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment. This position involves greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, handling mail, and providing administrative support across the organization. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the office and direct them to the appropriate person/office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings for specific advisors.
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and tech equipment for client meetings and All-Team presentations upon request.
  • Coordinate building/facility related issues or inquiries with the Building Manager.
  • Assist in courier-related tasks such as sending documents and IT equipment via Fedex.
  • Assist in other administrative-related tasks or projects as assigned.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $32,000 - $48,000 per year.
