About the position

The Office Administrator / Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Team and Sales Team, primarily working from home with some in-office days. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel, preparing presentations, and handling various office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the corporate office.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and schedule meetings, client engagements, and travel (domestic and international)
  • Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and client materials
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Executive Team and Sales Team
  • Track and monitor expenses
  • Provide administrative, clerical, and operations support for the Corporate Office
  • Generate routine and special correspondence
  • Run routine and special reports
  • Make updates to checklists and spreadsheets
  • Handle inbound and outbound mail/parcels
  • Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary
  • Maintain manual and electronic file systems
  • Manage special projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Administrative Office, Office Administration, Office Management, Executive Assistant or similar/related experience
  • Experience arranging and coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Salesforce experience
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
