Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls and interact with clients professionally.
  • Support internal and external managers or clients.
  • Maintain understanding of company policies and handle issues independently.
  • Participate in general administrative duties including ad-hoc projects and group events.
  • Provide clients with custom quotes per order.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support for clients.
  • Organize orders and manage sales and order processing.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as an Office Administrator or Executive Assistant.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with Quickbooks and other financial management systems.
  • Demonstrated dependability and urgency in achieving results.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work comfortably with people at all organizational levels.
  • Strong judgment, independent thinking, and resourcefulness.
