Responsibilities

  • Generates reports using excellent computer skills (Word Processing and Excel)
  • Maintains confidentiality and attention to detail

  • Takes and dispatches messages accurately and efficiently
  • Registers new students and withdraws students as necessary
  • Prepares and sends records to other schools for transfer students

  • Deals calmly with upset parents and patrons, listening effectively
  • Attends work daily and remains engaged and on task
  • Performs other duties as assigned by administrators

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent (business school or some college preferred)
  • Excellent computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet data entry, and database maintenance

  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
