About the position

St. Louis Parking Company is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in St. Louis, MO. As a family-owned business with deep roots in the community, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients and employees. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in overseeing the timely and accurate data input related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and revenue management for a designated parking location. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage reporting, reconciliations, and payment functions effectively. In this role, the Office Administrator will be responsible for auditing tickets, entering revenue data, and reconciling this information with bank verifications on a daily basis. The successful candidate will maintain validation input daily and submit necessary forms by the specified deadlines. Additionally, the Office Administrator will enroll new monthly contract parkers, manage their accounts, collect payments, and ensure that all billing and card access systems are aligned. This position also involves processing mail, maintaining location allocation spreadsheets, and notifying the location manager of any attendant ticket processing issues. The Office Administrator will assist location management with breaks as needed and alert them when office supplies reach minimum levels. Non-essential duties may include assisting with new location openings or closings, providing special reports as requested, and helping maintain parking equipment. Responsibilities

  • Audit tickets and enter revenue data, reconciling to bank verified on a daily basis.
  • Maintain validation input daily and submit Google form by the 5th of each month.
  • Enroll new monthly contract parkers and manage their accounts, including collecting payments and forwarding information to the Billing Administrator.
  • Maintain contract parker aged trial balances and collection of past due accounts.
  • Process the mail and forward it to the appropriate party.
  • Ensure billing and card access systems match and complete device vs. billing audits.
  • Maintain location allocation spreadsheets and notify location manager of attendant ticket processing issues.
  • Prepare deposit correction forms and supporting documents for location management in a timely manner.
  • Assist location management with breaks as needed.
  • Alert location management when office supplies reach minimum levels.
  • Assist with new location openings and/or closings as needed.
  • Provide special location reports as requested by management.
  • Provide Office Manager services in the absence of the Office Manager.
  • Help maintain parking equipment and assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two to three years' experience in data processing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, and revenue collection.
  • Established experience in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with QuickBooks, Peachtree, or similar accounting packages.
  • Background in the parking or related property management industry.
