Bridges International is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at the Orlando Bridge location. As Florida's largest and fastest-growing Community Re-Entry services provider, we are dedicated to changing lives through our comprehensive re-entry services for ex-offenders and probation populations. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for inspiring and helping others. The Office Administrator will act as a liaison between the site and various corporate departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Responsibilities include managing client Food Stamp procedures, maintaining client files, and assisting with the intake and discharge of clients as directed by the Facility Director. The role also involves working closely with the Facility Director on facility repairs and maintenance, facilitating audits, and gathering receipts and invoices for the accounting department. In addition to these duties, the Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining clinical rosters, updating logs, and ensuring that all paperwork required for daily operations is completed accurately. The position requires excellent organizational abilities, good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to perform major job functions with or without accommodation. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for keeping inventory of office supplies, managing petty cash expenses, and ensuring the cleanliness of the administrative offices. To be eligible for promotion, candidates must demonstrate their organizational skills and complete supervisory/team building training.
