All Service Glass, a family-owned and operated window and glass replacement business, is seeking an Office Administrator / Project Coordinator to join our team in Issaquah. The office operates from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, and the successful candidate will work closely with the office manager in a friendly environment that includes our two office cats, Sashes and Glazier. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative tasks. The primary responsibilities of the Office Administrator include answering phones and emails, filing, scanning, and general office organization and maintenance. You will also be responsible for ordering products, estimating for smaller projects and will-call orders, and performing similar office tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with the office manager on scheduling, website design and implementation, and overseeing social media activities. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with basic math. While previous experience in windows/glass or construction office settings is a plus, it is not a requirement. We are eager to find a candidate who is interested in helping us build our brand and is committed to working with us for the long term.
