About the position

The Office Administrator/Scheduler will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, providing support to various departments, and enhancing overall productivity. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment at the front desk.
  • Manage calendars for executives and schedule appointments effectively.
  • Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
  • Schedule notaries and screen notaries.
  • Review documents for quality control.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for managing financial records and vendor management tasks.
  • Supervise clerical staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to office policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and human resources practices is preferred.
  • Experience in vendor management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
