The ideal candidate will be able to step into a role that encompasses all receptionist and front office work, along with some accounting responsibilities, including payables and receivables, as well as general administrative duties. The office administrator will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing phone calls, greeting guests, and ensuring that the front office runs smoothly. In addition to front office responsibilities, the role will involve maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with bookkeeping tasks. The candidate should be comfortable using various software applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks, to perform their duties effectively.
