About the position

Heiser Chevrolet Cadillac of West Bend is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. This position is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have clerical and cashier experience, demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for various office clerical services, including answering phone calls, cashiering, and performing limited accounting tasks. You will also direct customers to the appropriate departments, ensuring they receive the assistance they need in a timely manner. In this role, you will be expected to uphold the highest level of professionalism while interacting with customers and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, handling cash transactions, and performing additional office tasks as needed. We are looking for a self-starter and team player who can adapt to the dynamic needs of our office. The position requires availability during evenings, with shifts from 4 PM to 9 PM, 2 to 3 days per week, as well as some Saturdays and holidays. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Minimum 1+ year(s) relevant clerical experience answering a multi-line phone system
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must be available 4pm to 9pm 2 to 3 days per week plus 1st shift some Saturdays and some Holidays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment.
